What exactly makes up a strong family that possesses
good family values? A family that sustains its members -
that supports and nourishes the members throughout the
span of that family. A strong family unit creates a
safe, positive and supportive place for all members to
thrive. They are able to utilize resources and to live
together in a fairly healthy manner. At Kris-Leigh

Our Professional Staff

qualities that our staff members must possess. Our
management and clinical teams are comprised of health
professionals that lead our caregivers, ensuring a
customized plan of care. Each community is led by its
own Assisted Living Manager who devotes his or herself
to the needs of the residents, always applying a
hands-on approach.
