Our Founder…
With more than 30 years experience in the health care industry Richard Ainsworth has managed and operated both large and small health related facilities. Rick and Helen Ainsworth founded their first assisted living community in 1986. Kris-Leigh Assisted Living, named after their daughter, holds a special significance. This name is a living reminder of their commitment to family values. Making a difference in the lives of their residents reflects their philosophy of loving care for seniors.

We have carefully selected warm and compassionate, highly trained professionals at each community; teams who find caring for seniors meaningful and rewarding. Our Staff recognizes and diligently monitors the emotional and physical needs of our residents. A nursing supervisor is provided to oversee our clinical care.
We begin with a comprehensive personal assessment. Each residents’ needs and preferences are carefully evaluated to provide the right level of personal care and support. Working in conjunction with families, we design a plan of services that are customized and updated regularly.
